The 1965 and 1966 performances had entirely different casts, except for the role of Oidipous which was taken by Zaroukas. Zaroukas had previously staged the play in 1964 for the Company of Kostas Zaroukas, a production which similarly used his own music, choreography and designs (ID 8645).
