Premiere performance of a comic opera based on Euripides' satyr play; the title Jötuninn is a term from Norse mythology for a giant. The music was developed collaboratively under Leifur Þórarinsson's direction by nine musicians: four string players (among them the Þórarinsson), a saxophonist, and a four-piece rock band.
