Stephen Sondheim's free adaptation of Aristophanes' Frogs (first performed in Yale University's gymnasium's swimming pool in 1974 - production ID 942), is based on the musical by Burt Shevelove (1941). All 2002 performances were cancelled due to a full production taking place in New York in 2003.
