APGRD Notes
This was the first ballet which was used as an interval entertainment during the production of Mysliwecek's opera La Calliroe on Ferdinand IV's name-day. It is likely that it drew either on Sophocles or on Euripides. The second interval ballet for the same production was by Domenico Rossi and was titled Gli scherzi amorosi del pastor fido.
