APGRD Notes
Libretto: L'Andromaca. The librettist for this opera is unidentified, but it is likely that his sources included Euripides, Racine's Andromaque, as well as operatic adaptations of Racine's tragedy, above all Antonio Salvi's Astianatte and Apostolo Zeno's Andromaca. The interval ballets for this production by Gaspare Ronzi were titled 'Ginevra di Scozia' and 'La pianella perduta'.

Further productions of this work before 1800 include Teatro La Fenice, Venice, 1798 (Sartori ID 1922); Padua, 1799 (Sartori ID 1923); Verona, 1799 (Sartori ID 11924).
